How To Export Lotus Notes NSF Database to PST file?
Step By Step Guide to Repair PST file and Export/Convert Outlook PST files to New PST with entire Outlook database items emails, contacts, calendars, etc.

Follow the instructions & convert NSF to PST & Other Format
Step 1:- Download "PassFixer for NSF Converter Software" on your windows computer, & run this application.
Step-2: In the first software will show two different options for NSF file selection.
- Single NSF File:- To add single Lotus Notes NSF file select this option.
- Multiple NSF file:- To select multiple NSF files/folders for conversion choose this option.
Add Single NSF File:- Select the Single NSF file option by clicking on Lotus Notes NSF File radio button, then press the "Add Single PST file" button.
Add Multiple NSF file(Batch):- Choose the Multiple NSF file option by clicking on "Lotus Notes NSF Folder" radio button. Hit the Add Multiple NSF files(Batch) button to select NSF folders.
Choose the required folder, software will scan and load all NSF files and disply in the software panel. Make selection of required files for conversion.
After making selection of required files, hit the Next button
Step 3:- The software will now start the scanning process to resolve all corruption errors from NSF file and load all mailbox folders and elements in software panel.
Check the preview of email, contacts, calendars, and other milabox components.
Step 4:- Check the preview of email, contacts, calendars, and other milabox components.
Then choose the only required items then click on "Convert" to peform the next steps for NSF file conversion
Step 5:- After clicking on convert software will provide you a new window with multiple options:-
- Conversion Options:- Choose the PST file option to Convert NSF to PST Outlook files with all emails, contact, calendar, and other folder items.(In addition user can choose the split PST option to save Lotus Notes in multiple small sized PST files).
- Filter Email:- Apply mail filtering and choose "from" and "to" date the select the emails from NSF file of only required dates
- Saving Location:- Hit the browse button and choose a location in your computer to save the resultanat PST file after after NSF file conversion process
Step 6:- Apply required options and finally hit on "Convert" start the NSF file conversion.
In a very short time the software will convert NSF to PST file with entire data.
After process completion also show you a new window with dialog conversion process completed successfully. Simply click on "Ok" to close this window
Steps to Convert NSF to another formats including:- EML/EMLX/MSG/HTML/vCard/CSV/MBOX/PDF/Office365/Gmail &YahooMail
Step 5:- Make selection of required folders from NSF file from the preview panel and hit on "Convert"
Next, a new "Export Lotus Notes Options" will appear on your screen:-
To Extract and save Lotus Notes emails choose anyone of the mentioned conversion options list s per your need.
- EML File:- Extract all email items from Lotus Notes folders in NSF file and save them individually in EML files supported in email clients like- Outlook Express/ Windows Live Mail/ etc
- EMLX file:- Select this option and easily Export emais and Convert NSF emails to EMLX format for Apple Mail email client of MAC based computer
- PDF file:-Save NSF emails to PDF (Portable Document Format)
- MSG File:- Convert NSF to Outlook MSG files(with this option user can easily separte MSG file for saving Lotus Notes emails, contacts, and calendar).
- HTML File:- Convert NSF emails to HTML file format for opening Lotus Notes emails with browser like- Chrome, Firefox, etc.
- MBOX file User can Export NSF folders with emails and attachments to MBOX format for email client like- THunderbird pocomail etc.
Choose the file format as per your need and apply "Mail Filtering" to filter emails by date and select only required NSF emails.
Naming convention:- User will aslo get the option of "Naming Convention" to save the email file individually with predefined naming formats (like- subject+from+date, dat+ from+subject, etc.
Saving location:- Choose a saving location to save the converted file by clicking to the "Browse".
Step 6:- After applying the above steps and options click on "Convert" to start the conversion process.
Step 5:- Select NSF folder from folder selection panel of the software hit hit on"Convert"
Now from the conversion options list, choose required file type.
- vCard(.vcf) file:- Choose this option to convert NSF to vCard (.vcf) fie format with all Lotus Notes contacts
- CSV file:- Export Lotus Notes Contacts to CSV (comma separte values)
- ICS file:-Export Lotus Notes Calendars items to ICS file format
Choose the file format as per your need for Lotus Notes contacts and calendar conversion.
Saving location:- Press the "Browse" button and select the location where you want to saving the converted files.
Step 6:- Now, simply hit on conversion and start the conversion process.
Step 5:- Select the required folders from NSF file and click on "Import to Cloud"
Next, select the "Import to Offce 365"option:-
Enter your Office 365 account details (Email ID and Password) in the next opened screen.
Apply mail filter option and also create log file and save to desired location.
Click on "Connect and Import" to start the Lotus Notes to office 365 Migration process.
Step 5:- Now choose the option "Import to Gmail"
In the next opened window fill your Gmail account Email address and password
Choose Mail filter and to create log file select the option.
Now click the "Connect & Import" button to connect with the gmail server and start the Lotus Notes to Gmail migration process.
Step 5:- Choose the "Import to Yahoo" from the Cloud migration option list.
After this, in the next screen enter your Yahoo mail account login details"Email Address and Third-Party App password"
Choose the "Mail filter" and "Create A log file" option.
Finally, hit on Connect & Import button instantly start moving all Lotus Notes data from NSF file to YahooMail account.
